JOB SUMMARY<\/strong>:<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n

The Networker is responsible for building relationships with referral sources, healthcare professionals, and potential clients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

JOB RELATIONSHIPS<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Supervised by: Administrator<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Workers Supervised: N\/A<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
    RESPONSIBILITIES<\/strong>:<\/h5>\n\n\n\n
      \n
    • Understands and adheres to established FirstLight policies and procedures<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Maintains calendars and databases on marketing programs inclusive of prospects, advertising, referrals, mail campaigns, lists and home care and home shows<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Completes appropriate visit records in a timely manner as per FirstLight policy<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • May perform initial evaluation of services for potential clients<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Assists in the coordination of care for client services<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Reports changes in client condition to agency employees involved in the client\u2019s care<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Participates in the quality assurance reviews and evaluations of the agency\u2019s services<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • All other duties as assigned<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
      QUALIFICATIONS<\/strong>:<\/h5>\n\n\n\n
        \n
      1. H.S. Diploma or GED, college preferred<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      2. Previous networking experience, sales experience preferred<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      3. Prior to community involvement<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      4. Computer skills including but not limited to MS Office, MS Excel, Calendar and Scheduling programs<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      5. Experience with the Senior Care community such as long-term care, assisted living or home care beneficial<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      6. Have a sympathetic attitude toward the care of the sick and elderly<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      7. Maturity and ability to deal effectively with the demands of the job<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
