The award was presented during a celebration at FirstLight Home Care\u2019s national conference in Orlando, FL.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Rookie of the Year award is given to a first-time franchise owner who achieves the highest Hours Per Week of care within their first 12 months of operation.
