In addition, she\u2019s an accomplished artist and world traveler who has lived in various regions around the globe.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rifi has been caring for her aging parents for the last 15 years. Her father aged at home with advanced dementia throughout the last years of his life, and her mother has multiple health and mobility challenges.
